Refund policy

At XPDRM, I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, I'll do my best to make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with any original packaging, if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards (if offered)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll work with you to replace the item or provide another solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on my part or a damaged item, I'll cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
